ok that makes it show up maximized at least! Thank you!

My Net-7 launcher works but doesn't show up anymore, I can click to load it and if I mouse over it on my taskbar (see pic below) I see it in the Windows Aero view and can launch it by pressing the enter key but if I need to change any settings or check/uncheck any boxes I'll be SOL...  It just started a few days ago on both my main PC (win7 ultimate) and my laptop (win7 home premium) I have tried uninstalling both the game and the Net-7 launcher and also tried just reinstalling the Net-7 launcher alone and it shows up fine until it updates to the latest version (v2.1.0)                 

I also cannot login (here at work, works fine at home) I do not think it is due to any character cause I have the same problem if I try to login to my main account or alt accounts after I put in my username/pass it will either crash the program or give me the error in the pic below. I have tried a full uninstall/reinstall, force update, running in compatibility mode, and other things. I thought I saw somebody suggest to open the ports for the game in the router but I do not know what the ports are or if that would even fix the problem... please save me Blacklung you are my only hope! I have this problem when I try and login at work and if I do manage to log in I have like a 95% chance to crash while gating or docking/undocking but at home it works great practically no problems. I have tried forcing an update checking and unchecking the packet optimization and prototype reorder doing a complete uninstall reinstall and there is no change. I would also like to know the ports to open cause I have a 90% chance of being kicked off when ever I try and login, gate, dock, or undock
