Kyp [LDEV] Posted July 10, 2016 Report Share Posted July 10, 2016 With both installers did you run them explicitly as an administrator? This is always the first thing to check. If you did not uninstall them and start again. They make changes to the registry which is not allowed by default in most contexts without elevating permissions unless you are a more advanced user who is/has disabled some of the security features of windows such as User Account Control.
