stevinium Posted May 25, 2015 Report Share Posted May 25, 2015 Hi,I logged into the net-7 terminal at joves to transfer some parts to build a golden tooth.Everything went fine on the site but when i came back to the game the items were not there. After hinking I transfered to the wrong char. I could not find the items anywhere. Then my avatar went missing off the drop-down list on the web portal also. So I logged of the web and back on. My avatar was back on the drop down list but my parts were gone.So the parts I'm missing are:37 ce3k dielectric plate2 Blackbox x93I was able to make what I needed because I still had parts eleswhere but I'd appreciate getting my parts back.It must have been a fluke because I tried other stuff after that and it worked fine.PS. Zackman [LDEV] Posted May 28, 2015 Report Share Posted May 28, 2015 As it looks, Abccomps was never logged into the game, so is a "shadow character" because certain data is created on first login. I remember that was posted in some guides already in the past, that you need (must) login a character at least once to use it via portal. Make sure you are never using a toon for item-transfer that is reading "Level 0" in the portal. These are toons never logged in after the server went live and they will cause problems. Open another ticket with the GM please and tell him, i was able to see an entry in the log, that could have been this transfer - although there was another toon involved you forgot to mention.
