If you can get them from anywhere, I know some are in Jupiter near Mourning Circle. Have to kill a couple of those groups flying about, but they appear. Dul Posted July 20, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 20, 2014 More learning load of these chaps next to the gates in swooping eagle . didnt help that i am for some reason totally green faction with shinwa (probably the combat quests in Yokan) still they can be menced and killed (without damage to rep it seems). the mourning circle killing didnt work btw.
