i can get the launcher going but when i do it gives me a message, could not find patch files try again later. please help!

im not sure if this has been mentioned but as of today, when i tried to get back in game this keeps popping up, "Server Failed to respond to login attempt" i even reinstalled the game. dont know why this is happening

Okay, so i went to go analyse a missile launcher and before i got the results the game freezes and i had to log out to character screen, got back in and the launcher was gone. it was a Petit Ogun Missile Launcher lvl3. can i get another try at it?
